The silver thread running through the history of Domaine Ventajol is the continuous quest for quality.
One result of this quest is that today, we combine traditional winemaking methods with strict quality control and monitoring.
Low yields make for concentrated colour and flavour.
We vinify our red, rosé and white wines using traditional methods.


Henri Ventajol is in charge of all the different stages of grape production and vinification.


Sébastien Ventajol joins his father at the start of the grape harvest. After that comes the task of selling the estate's various wines (in the estate shop, by mail order, export).


Marie-Christine Ventajol is your host at the estate shop, which is open for wine-tastings all year round.
May 1-August 31: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
September 1-April 30: 9 a.m.- 12 noon and 2 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Sundays: 9 a.m. - 12 noon
