This rosé is made by the saignée method - some of the juice is run off the skins after a few hours' maceration.
We use traditional vinification methods to make this red Côtes du Rhône
This red Villages is the result of stringent selection of parcels with stony soil on south-facing slopes.
The wine is then barrel-aged for 6 months, resulting in an even firmer structure and adding liquorice notes to the flavour. A nectar!
